RGLux proudly ships nationwide across the United States. Our goal is to ensure that your products arrive safely, securely, and in a timely manner.

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the delivery status in real time.

Estimated delivery times range between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and local courier service. Customers located in remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure professional handling and accurate tracking throughout the delivery process. Please make sure that the address provided at checkout is correct and complete to avoid delays or lost packages.

RGLux is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs processing, or external courier issues. Once the package is in transit, the shipping company assumes responsibility for its timely delivery.

We currently offer delivery within all 50 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
