At RGLux, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. However, due to the nature of our cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
All of our products are personal-use items that cannot be restocked or resold for sanitary and safety reasons. Once a product leaves our warehouse, it is considered final sale. Please review product descriptions, ingredients, and details carefully before purchasing.
If you receive a damaged or defective product as a result of shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will assess your situation and provide an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
We encourage all customers to double-check their order information — including delivery address and selected items — before completing the checkout process, as changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.
